Platform

What does Legalum Group provide?

Legalum Group is a software platform for governance and compliance operations—policy lifecycle management, regulatory calendars, audit evidence storage, and training attestation records. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Who typically uses Legalum?

Compliance officers, operations directors, risk managers, and administrative teams at mid-market organizations in healthcare administration, financial operations, energy, professional services, education, and nonprofits.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Many customers begin with Policy Repository or Regulatory Calendar and add modules as needs grow. All modules share the same user directory and reporting layer.

Implementation

How long does rollout take?

Most organizations are operational within four to eight weeks depending on document volume, number of modules, and internal resource availability. Enterprise deployments with SSO and API integrations may take longer.

Do you migrate our existing documents?

We provide import tools and optional implementation support to structure existing policies and evidence. We do not automatically migrate third-party audit trails.

Pricing and billing

How is pricing structured?

Plans are based on organization size, modules enabled, and support tier. See Services for indicative pricing or contact sales@legalumgroup.info.

Is there a trial period?

We offer guided evaluations for qualified teams. Contact sales to request a structured demo environment with sample data.

What is your refund policy?

Annual agreements may qualify for prorated refunds within 30 days if documented requirements agreed during sales are not met. See our Refund Policy.

Security and support

How is data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access, activity logging, and regular security assessments are standard. Enterprise customers may request additional documentation under NDA.
