Data and IP
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Services. Legalum owns the platform and branding.
Disclaimer and liability
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.
Governing law
Colorado law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved in courts of Denver County, Colorado.
